The design of this course will focus on guiding principles in handling emotions, as well as practical strategies to identify, understand and regulate your emotions in order to respond effectively across a range of contexts in the workplace and life. Specifically covering:

  • How emotions work in your brain
  • Different types of emotions, and improving emotional vocabulary
  • Framework for how to calm yourself down quickly and respond intentionally
  • Understanding your current emotional regulation strategy and how to handle emotions more effectively
  • Designing values to “Walk Your Why” more effectively to thrive in professional and personal life.
