Our core focus in training is divided into 6 major groups:
Future Skills: We offer courses on skills that prepare employees for the future (course names are mentioned here).
Leadership Skills: These focus on topics like problem-solving, coaching, feedback, and mentoring. We also provide training under various course titles.
Communication: This encompasses areas such as speaking, listening, presentations, and even visual note-taking, presentation skills, storytelling with data, and storytelling for sales. For example, last year we conducted several courses for employees at Krungsri Bank, specifically for those at the counter, offering around 10 sessions.
Consultative Selling and Negotiation for Sales: This is one of our frequently taught courses, with 10 to 15 sessions conducted last year. We even had an IT company engage with us on Negotiation in project management.
Team Effectiveness: This includes team building through board games or activity-based learning. We also cover various personality assessments, including DISC, MBTI, Enneagram, Hogan, and StrengthsFinder.
